A study of the dynamics of regulatory markers and parameters characterizing the state of bone tissue and body composition of crews, who were isolated in hermetically closed facility 8-17 days, was conducted. It is shown that even in a short period of isolation without countermeasures, changes in some parameters characterizing the state of bone tissue.
