摘要

Peptide - conjugated IONE was prepared by emulsification -diffusion technique, and its cellular internalization into mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) was examined by using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Peptide - conjugated IONE was effectively adsorbed on to the membrane of mesenchymal stem cells and delivered into the cell cytoplasm without cytotoxicity.
