摘要

The skin permeation of ketoprofen (KP) from dioleylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC)/propylene glycol (PG) systems was investigated by in vivo microdialysis. Calibration of the probe was carried out in vitro and in vivo, indicating this technique can be used in the KP monitoring. The area under curve (AUC) of KP in the skin tissue was higher for DOPC/PG system than control formulation (not containing DOPC). These results show that DOPC/PG system improved the KP permeation, suggesting that this system can be explored as a transdermal delivery for KP and the microdialysis technique demonstrated to be an important tool in the field of percutaneous penetration.
