Frequency Chirp Measurement Technique Using Chromatic Dispersion

We describe a novel method to measure the pulse initial chirp profile using the detected clock power dependence on the dispersion. Theoretical analysis has been developed and compared to measurements for 10 Gbit/s RZ signal.
