We describe our research plan for nuclear isomer physics at the Advanced Photon Research Center in the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute. Photons generated by a superconducting wiggler at SPring-8 and by a laser-Compton scattering with FEL will be used for excitation or deexcitation of the isomers.
