Considering IF applications we can say that; Among the 3 parameters evaluated, Coiling Temperature showed the major influence on the results: CT High: Lower YS values and Higher Elongation percent; CT Low: Higher YS values and Lower Elongation percent; Metalographic tests results have confirmed mechanical behavior for each parameter evaluated. Higher ferritic grain size associated to higher titanium precipitates with less dispersive distribution, showed best results (Lower values of YS, TS, Hardness and higher values of elongation and Erichsen Test); Best results were achieved on the mechanical tests using lower DT, higher CT and coilbox simultaneously; Coilbox influence: When used showed better results on the mechanical and microstructural properties mainly due to titanium precipitates coalescing; Lower DT values, showed better results mainly due to higher titanium precipitates size and less dispersive distribution; Higher CT values showed better results on the mechanical properties mainly due to ferritic grain size increasing.
