Looking at project activities of the past two years and considering the future developments one has to distinguish between realized respectively decided projects, projects with high chance for realization and projects based on a long term planning. Production capacities can be estimated as follows in million tons of coke per year (million tpy): In countries like Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and others not mentioned some developing activities in terms of feasibility and bankability studies are in progress, which have not been considered.
