摘要

The objective of this paper was to present the design criteria for installation of UFM in high noise environments and secondly present real world data in combination with a new developed signal processing technique called Coded Multiple Burst (CMB). The design criteria indeed has been presented and this paper showed that the use of the CMB technique within the UFM resulted in a higher noise resistance of about a factor of 10 whereby the increase of noise resistance did not lower the upgrade time of the UFM.
