Under conditions of chronic test in experimental tuberculosis due to Si lack and antituberculous preparations injecting specific inflammation had more marked course: due to low total protein indices, albumin, α_1-, α_2- globulins hypersensitivity indices of delayed action both in vivo and vitro were sharply depressed with very high litre of total and specific immunoglobulin. T-cell immunodeficiency in those mice led to marked specific process: granulomae were fused with each other in lungs, there were pancreatic places and haemorrhage, considerable devastation of cortical layer with baring of reticular stromal element was observed in lymphnodes. Due to Si excess specific changes were less marked. Transferring animals, having undergone ration with Si deficiency, and carrying out chemotherapy led to high tuberculin hypersensitivity; active lymphocytes proliferation with less marked level of humoral immunity; practical absence of pathologic changes in lungs by the third month of experiment; restoration of cell volume and density of thymus cortex; hyperplasia of spleen follicles.
