We investigated how to decide the best timing for intrauterine insemination (IUI) There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rates of four groups classified according to luteinizing hormone (LH) levels and human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) administration, irrespective of unstimulated cycle, cyclofenil cycle 01 clomiphene citrate (CC) cycle. However, when sperm motility is under 30%, IUI should be timed for the day with urinary LH detected or for the next day after hCG administration.
