Paper contains the analysis results of influence of the base stations (BS) space location randomness in the cellular communication system (CCS) on its coverage and responsibility parameters. The Probability curves of excess by the ratio of the BS responsibility zones areas in case of their both random and regular (ideal) location of a given level in percentage and the Probability curves of excess by the ratio of the BS coverage and responsibility zones areas in case of their both random of a given level in percentage for various kinds of network services, that require different levels of the BS signal exceeding the aggregate intra-network interference level at the subscriber's station location and in this regard application of various-dimension frequency clusters are present. Generally the network structure random nature demands an increase in the cluster dimension if compared to a regular structure to ensure the guaranteed communication quality, because the network non-regularity could lead to a loss of some of the services in a substantial part of this network's coverage zone with a reduction in this part of the zone of the signal-to-noise ratio to a value lower than the required to provide the corresponding services
