摘要

The effect of plastic tensile deformation on changes in density and on magnetic properties was investigated for samples of low-carbon steel under hydrostatic pressure of 0.1 to 500 MPa in a test chamber. It was shown that the parameters of minor magnetic hysteresis loops could be used to indicate the degree of plastic deformation and the deformation-related structural damage of metal.
