摘要

This paper deals with the simulation methods of the torsional and vertical vibration appearing in rolling processes of the 80" continuous cold rolling strip mill The MWR method is used in this paper to study the torsional vibration, and SDS-A to study vertical vibration. The effects of some parameters, such as the tension, the reduction, the length of contact curve, to the variation of roiling force which are the exciting force item of the differential equation are considered. The satisfactory results have been obtained.
