Geometrical Analysis of Roller Grinding with CBN Cup-shaped Grinding Wheel's Face

摘要

The geometrical model of roller grinding by the CBN cup-shaped wheel's face has been developed. Based on the model, we studied the grinding character of the special grinding used in the On-line Roll Grinding system, and the effects of inputting parameters on the conditions of contact. A mathematical method is set up to decide the optimum parameters in the process of grinding.
