摘要

In this paper, the random vibration response of the axial symmetric round suspension structure with two stories has been studied, using integration -covariance method and modal analysis method respectively. It is found that the variances calculated by both methods are the same. Furthermore, the former method is readily applied to engineering practice. Based on computer simulation, the cause of cable vibration is derived and the corresponding reduction method is proposed.
