Since mining car dynamic weight bridge weighs mineral weight loaded by each car of a train of mining cars under running condition, hence motional loads are applied to transducers of the weight bridge in general way. It is obvious that identification of motional loads is difficult. Author has developed a new transducer that transforms motional load into dynamic load which equivalent to one with invariable acting point. Sensing element of the transducer is a combined elastic beam. This paper presents theory modeling and model correction by means of experiment modal analysis results for above mentioned transducer, and identification of dynamic load from strain response of the transducers using matrix's singular value decomposition technique.
