Effect of Regulation and Market Structure on The Allocation of Resources in the Pharmaceutical Generics Business

We develop a methodology which is a useful roadmap in order to determine the estimated NPV of a decision to enter the pharmaceutical generics market. The methodology is valid for any country or region regardless of the specific regulation and market structure. We apply this methodology to the Spanish market.
