Light extraction efficiency is one of the major issues on development of Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) especially for lighting applications. A pyramid array lens is designed and fabricated for the most effective optics to light extraction on OLED surface. The lens array successfully improves total light flux up to 1.5 times.
