摘要

In this paper, we have presented a new approach to define the functional requirements of physical systems. We have used a list of terms called "elementary effects" as a mean to translate and explain functional representations. In order to prove the efficiency of the approach, we have focussed on the evaluation of the repeatability measure according to the entropy concept used in the information theory. The repeatability measure introduced in this paper is just a representation of the possibility to produce the same model one more time in other contexts. The power of a method must be evaluated according to the energy given to produce the model in a minimum of time. The power will be computed in a futur work with three fundamental values: the energy lost in the modelling process which represents the useless obtained information, the recovered energy which represents the usefull information, and the decision quantity which represents the energy spent to create the model.
