In order to have a better management of water distribution network system, water distribution modeling is becoming famous tool in water utilities. The techniques of construction and calibration of a model is curial and critical. The implementation of the resulting calibrated model is also an important matter. By employing a comprehensive water distribution simulation model (hydraulic and water quality model), one can better manage of the network design, resident chlorine and bacteria related issues. The discussion, here, is about the construction and implementation of a hydraulic model simulation, which can be applied in water distribution network in small cities, e.g. Macau or Hong Kong.
