The rain water which is coming in the respective city or any villages or any farms or any power plant or any industry will flow away from the city area / village area / farms area / power plant area / industry area to the outskirts city area or village outskirts area or farms outskirts area or power plant outskirts area or industry outskirts area but as we have prepared the big size tanks along the periphery this rain water will fall in to this big size tanks and thus rain water which was flowing away from the city / village / farms to the near by small rivers and than later on this rain water is going in to the main river and than later on this rain water is going finally in to the sea will be effectively stopped near any city or village or farms or power plant or industry. This flowing rain water will be stored in water tanks. As and when required this stored rain water at the water tanks will be filtered and pumped through pump house to the water storage tanks of the city or water storage tanks of the villages or water storage tanks of the farms or water storage tanks of power house or water storage tanks of industry and subsequently it will be delivered to the end user for the house hold purposes or for agricultural purposes or for power generation purpose or industrial purposes and for any other purpose of use. After implementing this technology what ever volume of rain water is coming in any cities or in any villages or in any farms or in any power plant or in any industry will not be wasted and will be used properly for different application of use. The selection of dimensional area for making these big size tanks can be decided by evaluating how much volume of water is required in the city or in the village or in the farms or in the power plant or in the industries in future. After say couple of decades of span time if we require more water for any application of use than we will again make big size tanks systems some distance away from the previous one water tank system along the periphery of any city or of any villages or of any farms or of any power plant or of any industry for future use. Here in place of big size tanks I can also make big size trenches / canals along the periphery of any city or any villages or any farms or any power plant or any industry in circular mode or rectangular mode or square mode or any type of geometric mode.
