摘要

The Zhangjiuhe diversion project is a long-distance Water Delivery System (WDS) to be constructed for drawing water from Zhangjiuhe River to Kunming for the purpose of solving the water shortage problem. In the present paper, a Structural Drawing-Oriented (SDO) simulation technique, with SIMULINK as simulation platform, is proposed to establish visual dynamic simulation model for the system. The simulation procedure is greatly simplified by the digital simulation technique and the efficiency of modeling is also enhanced according to the modularization and reutilization of the simulation programme. Furthermore, self-optimization model is introduced into optimal operation for the system, which is based on the digital simulation models. Through the on-line controlled optimization link, the input data is continuously optimized according to the feedback information of simulation output and the system can thus be optimized automatically. Based on MATLAB software, simulation optimization of the Zhangjiuhe Diversion Project has been achieved, which presents a new way for the research of optimal operation of WDS.
