摘要

Capacitive deionization (CDI) process has been known as a method of separating ions from waste water effectively at the low cost. This paper suggests a model of CDI unit cell using reaction equations and experimental data. NaCl solutions are used as waste water to collect experimental data. Based on the CDI unit cell model, a variety of configurations of CDI water treatment systems can be also modeled. This model can be used to pretest the total CDI water treatment system before a real system is construct on a plant.
