In this article the state of art of process development technology parks in Bosnia and Herzegovina were discussed. Globalization and production trends which come from Western Europe make a situation in which the domestic universities and institutes are not able to transfer in commercial level in small and medium enterprises (SME's). Are there chances that technology parks in the future will be substitution for institutes? What is with the "pilot project" of the Scince-Technogy park in Zenica (B&H)?
