In modern societies, disposable table dinner sets are widely used. And in the manufacturing process of these articles oilproof reagents are added. Safety of these chemical additives is very important, however, there are very few correlative reports. We conducted a two-phase safety evaluation tests of TG-810 oilproof reagent produced in Japan. The results implied that potential genetic toxicity may exist.
