Steel-rich composition (SrO · nFe_2O_3, n > 6) used in permanent magnetic ferrite can increase its residual magnetism (Br), but the crystal of such permanent magnetic ferrite can easily grow when sintering, then the single magnetic domain crystal in the magnet is decreased, thus the coercive force (Hc) is lowered. In this paper, a "permanent magnetic ferrite additive liquefaction new technology" and its effect on the magnetic properties of the material are presented and analysised. Liquid additive has strong permeability and can produce stable solid grain with nanometer inch in the process of sintering, so it has good activity, distribution homogeneity, and can strongly resist the growth of crystals. The liquid additive can obviously improve the magnetic properties of permanent magnetic ferrite products.
