Nd_(3.6)Pr_(5.4)Fe_(82.5)Ga_(0.5)Co_3B_5 ribbons had been prepared by rapid quenching with the different wheel speed (V_s). The magnetic properties of the ribbons were studied. Higher magnetic properties were obtained at V_s=20m/s. The necking phenomenon was observed in hysteresis loops of the alloy (V_s=25m/s) and could be improved by being annealed.
