He-Ne Laser Prostatitis Treatment Instrument and Its Clinical Application

Laser has the properties of focused directionality, high intensity and good penetration. Taking advantage of those properties, He-Ne Laser prostatitis treatment instrument, when used to treat the diseased organism both within and without the patients' body, has the effects of improving circulation, temper sanguinolency and hence curing diseases. With fiber Laser is transmitted to treatment head that is sent into body near from the patient's anus. Laser directly radiates the prostate to treat prostatitis. At the same tune, a power measuring is used to manage the issue of output power damping. The laser projection time is controlled according to the power measured to achieve stability of radiation dosage. Temperature of the treating-head is measured and controlled by a temperature- measuring system that is composed of a temperature sensor, heater wires and a single chip microcomputer. The treatment instrument is reliable, easy to use and safe to operators and patients. Comparison experiments of tow groups were made. Sixty percent of total patients among the treatment group had healing and distinct efficacy. Clinical experiments have shown that effectiveness of treating chronic prostatitis using this instrument is obviously better than the ones using other methods.
