Welcome to the second annual Mid-South College Computing Conference. The conference steering committee and the faculty and staff the University of Arkansas at Little Rock are pleased to welcome you and hope you find the conference both enjoyable and beneficial.This second conference presents twenty papers of the thirty-eight submitted and reviewed through a blind-review process and eleven workshops/tutorial/panels. Sessions have been divided into three &/or four parallel tracks that we believe will prove to be interesting and beneficial to both two-year and four-year faculty, staff, and students from computer science, information systems, information science, and other areas.
