In this paper, a new and secure super-distribution protocol based on dynamic master/slavery license is proposed to solve the problem of multimedia and software rights management in a uniform view. In the protocol copyrights are authorized and revoked by the dynamic license created according the rights entity and its run-time hardware entity together, the license can be used in master/slavery mode thus it supports super-distribution of copyright hierachically in network domain environment. To resist possible attack and counterfeit, a third part credible authentication center is adopted to ensure the fairness, while data encryption and digital signature technology is used for integrity and security during the authentication procedure. Analysis manifests the proposed schema is feasible, secure and flexible.
