Considerations about the Restricting Factors, Historical Chances and the Referential Measures in Developing Modern Logistics in Port of Dalian

摘要

The setting up the proposal of making Dalian the important international shipping center in northeast Asia and the strategy of revitalizing the, northeastern industrial base provides Dalian a good chance to develop its logistics industry. This paper use analogy and comprehensive method to analyze the present situations of main domestic port cities in developing the modern logistics systemically, and finds their important enlightenment to Dalian port. On the basis of the throughout study of the historical opportunities and restricting factors in developing modem logistics to the port of Dalian, this paper puts forward some refrential measures and suggestions.
