This paper construct information's platform architecture of VLEA, which is available of the whole logistics industry based on ASP. According to the practical situation in our country and in presents a detailed account of its general frame and function designing, the characteristics of the platform is being able to realize the activities and achieve fast VLEA in the whole logistics field. Which will improve the efficiency and the competition ability of the whole logistics industry greatly.
