In the recent years, with the development of China's international freight agency market and increase of freight agencies, illegal freight agencies of partially illegal dealing and non-licensed dealing have emerged accordingly. The existence of illegal freight agency has severely violated the business rights of legal enterprises, which has spoiled the normal order of China's international freight agency market and business order of China's foreign trade. Therefore, it's particularly important to get rid of the illegal activities, regulate and standardize the international freight agency market.
