摘要

How to develop the production logistics capability of container terminal in current port production condition? It is the important project of studying to container port operators in the world. To solve this problem, the focus is that how to applying the modern port logistics technology and how to improve the level of port production management The modem port logistics technology means to apply the new IT, such as RTK-GPS, GIS, RF-identify, and WLAN, etc, which is related to the production control of container port. This paper introduces the new solution of Container Port Logistics, which includes Wireless Data Communication and container auto-trailed by RTK-GPS in the Yard's task process. It shows the construction model of solution, which covers whole port working area and all container port logistics program. How to apply 3C technology, Computer and Communication as well as auto-Control, in container terminal production logistics, and how to raise the container port throughput are discussed in this article.
