With the advent of wavefront technology and its clinical use and application in ophthalmology, customized corneal ablation has become the chief investigational pursuit of laser vision correction. The following represents one commercial perspective of customized laser vision correction, using the Alcon LADARVision and LADARWave unit. The investigators contributing to the data gathered are Steve Brint, Daniel Durrie, Omar Hakim, Brock McGruder and Marguerite McDonald.
