New Patented Technology for Automation the Waterjet Casting Cleaning Process

This paper discusses advances in a new-patented process for automatic cleaning of investment castings. The process known as "Random Automatic Nozzle Movement" has many benefits that will be discussed such as, increasing productivity, reducing or eliminating several cleaning process steps and cleaning entire invested trees in one operation to 98 percent - 100 percent clean. The paper discusses the theory behind this process and discusses how this new process can positively impact the future of how investment castings are cleaned.
