摘要

Based on mechanistic study of Ru(salen)-mediated sulfimidation and X-ray analysis of complex 1,new robust Ru(salen) complex S was designed and,with it as catalyst,high enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee) and high turn number (up to 878) were realized in aziridination of alkenes using p-toluenesulfonylazide (TsN_3) as a nitrene precursor.Furthermore,the reaction with p-nitrobenzenesulfonylazide (NsN_3) proceeded with good yield (up to 100%) and high enantioselectivity (up to 90% ee).
