摘要

Recently,we have developed zinc-mediated annulation of 2-alkynylphenoles and anilines to obtain 2,3-substituted benzofurans and indoles,respectively,via thermally stable yet reactive 3-zincio intermediate.' On the basis of this strategy,we have demonstrated to synthesize 2,3,6,7-tetraarylbenzo-[1,2-6:4,5-b']difurans (BDFs),and their properties and application to organic electronic devices were examined.
