In this paper, the interactions of CL-20/RDX (Hexanitrohexazaisowurtzitane /1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane) binary system were investigated by DSC, PDSC and TG. The solid-solid and solid-liquid phase transition□ heat-release and weight-loss processes in the thermal decomposition of the serial systems were also investigated. It is shown in the results that there is a Epsilon □ Gamma transition peak of CL-20 in the binary system at 180 □ and RDX makes the peak move to high temperature, what's more, RDX can induce the Gamma □ Xi phase transition under high pressure. RDX and CL-20 form an eutectic system, which has mass ratio of 22.8 / 77.2 and eutectic temperature of about 196 □ . The eutectic system is independent of pressure, but the form of it reduces the decomposition temperature of CL-20.
