PEEL ADHESION TESTING OF AIRCRAFT FUEL TANK SEALANTS

Peel tests of aircraft fuel tank sealants were conducted using two types of rigid substrates. The "peel energy" increased with increasing the peeling angle from 90°to 180° reaching a value of about 30 kJ/m~2.
