Electrical and chemical kinetic characteristics of coaxial dialectical barrier discharge for XeCl~*(308nm) excilamp are investigated. This work represents a numerical modelling of a discharge lamp containing the dielectric barrier for Xe 99%-Cl2 1% gas mixture, such as the model contains 60 reactions involving 20 species loaded and excited when we consider the temporal evolution of species densities. The applied voltage a long discharge gap is 8 KV and total pressure is 200 torr, coaxial excilamps had 40mm inner diameter and 50mm length. Gap between the tubes of 10mm were used. The kinetic model calculates the temporal evolution of the XeCl * exciplex molecule responsible for the emission of UV radiations during the pulse discharge.
