Introduction of Test Standard Update and Activities on the Test Effectiveness Reflected By Ground Environmental Test Anomalies

摘要

JAXA has been implemented to update the current test standard, JERG-2-002 to clarify the requirements, rational, engineering guidance, effective test requirements and tailoring, which accumulated from recent activities of space programs and test handbooks. Test effectiveness is a significant topic which contributes to mission success versus cost effectiveness, ground environmental test experience, lesson learn from environmental test anomalies database may be a valuable resources to answer the test effectiveness issue. The paper introduces the basic research of test effectiveness by analyzing the current JAXA environmental test anomalies database and statistical analysis of different environmental tests, including hardware assemble, type of test, etc.
