It has been designed, manufactured and tested the three-stade thermoelectric module with the following basic parameters : at the environment temperature equal ～295K temperature of a heat-absorbing surface is ～200K, cold productivity ～100 mW, power supply ～4,2 W, current supply ～2,0 A, operating ( mode reaching) time ～70s. The module exceeds in the basic parameters and profitability of the analogs.
