We have installed the CO2LAS on a Twin Otter aircraft and determined the stability of the instrument on an aircraft platform. During an initial engineering checkout flight we successfully collected signals at all altitudes over both ocean and land. Analysis of data collected over the El Mirage dry lake bed indicates a carbon dioxide concentration of ~410 ppmv based on a comparison of the measurement data to modeled data.
