Spinal cord lipomas are rare lesions, accounting for approximately 1% of the spinal cord tumors and associating with congenital disorders of the spine. Indication for surgery and the surgical strategy for treatment of spinal intradural lipomas are still discussed controversially. Among spinal lipomas the cervicothoratic region is rarely affected. We report on our experience of one case of intradural thoratic lipomas.
