摘要

The objective of this study was to compare traditional invasive Cerebral Autoregulation assessment techniques with a new noninvasive technique. Methods: Simultaneous invasive and noninvasive cerebrovascular autoregulation monitoring was performed on 13 patients with severe closed head injury Intracranial pressure and intracranial slow wave as well as arterial blood pressure and wave form were evaluated by standard invasive technique. Additionally, a new non-invasive ultrasound device (Vittamed) monitored intracranial blood volume slow wave. Using these modalities it was possible to compare the statistical changes, which occurred with invasive (Correlation factor RI) and the changes occurred using non invasive technology (Correlation factor RN).
