摘要

This paper describes a numerical analysis on seismic performance of pile-supported wharf by 3D finite element analysis. Performance of an introduced pile modelling method is verified by simulation of the centrifuge model test on the pile-supported wharf performed by the author & associates. Numerical analysis results are consistent with the physical model test, and the numerical analysis can capture the overall response of the pile-supported wharf as well as the response of the soils surrounding the wharf.
