The paper discusses the outcomes of converting Windtech's Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel to a Blockage Tolerant Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel. The resulting changes to the wind tunnel design were found to be effective in reducing blockage effects that become apparent when examining the surface pressure coefficients on large three dimensional models.
