The paper is concerned with a new methodology for analysis & design of Virtual Enterprise (VE) as adaptive complex system (CAS). VE could be analysed as a metasystem integrating a set of socio-tech-nological-economical (STE) hypersystems. It means that as many as necessary geographically dispersed enterprises (large, SME, μES) are doing collaborative business & work within e-business ecosystems (e-BES). This system of systems (SOS) is interconnecting a virtual community by the support of open system architecture network of e-platforms in order to face successfully a high dynamic business opportunity, captured from global e-Economy [Camarinha-Matos, 2002]. The scientific experience accumulated by University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest during the 6 years of CE-Net IST's projects has supported us to develop a university pilot FABRICATOR [Stanescu, 2002] to experiencing on concurrent enterprising, consolidated by e-Learning platform [Dumitrache, 2002].
