Large size calibration panels are frequently required as reference points for in-scene calibration of remotely sensed spectral data. However, most commercially manufactured calibration panels are costly and sometimes present spectral crossover problems. The panels described in this report are made from readily available fabrics and can provide a lower cost alternative.
